    Installing EasyBid on Your Phone

    EasyBid works like an app on your phone — no App Store, no download, no waiting.

    iPhone or iPad

    You must use Safari to install on iPhone or iPad. It won’t work from Chrome or other browsers on iOS.

    1. Open Safari and go to use.easybid.app
    2. Tap the Share button at the bottom ↑
    3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
    4. Tap “Add” in the top right

    Android

    1. Open Chrome and go to use.easybid.app
    2. Tap the three dots menu ⋮ in the top right
    3. Tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”
    4. Tap “Add” or “Install” to confirm

    Once installed: works full screen, loads faster, and works offline with no browser bar in the way.

    Common Questions

    Will my data be lost if I uninstall?

    No. Your account and everything in it is stored securely. Reinstall, log back in, and it all syncs back.

    Can I use it without internet?

    Yes — that’s the point. Create jobs, estimates, and invoices offline. Everything syncs when you’re back online.

    Something looks wrong after an update.

    Remove the app from your home screen and reinstall it. Your data won’t be affected.

    My estimate isn’t sending.

    Sending requires a signal. Everything you’ve typed is saved locally and won’t be lost — connect to the internet and try again.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    Go to Account → Subscription → Manage billing. You can cancel any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

    What happens when my trial ends?

    You’ll be prompted to subscribe. Your data stays — you just can’t create new jobs until you do.

    Can I export my data?

    Yes. Go to Account → Export data to download everything as CSV or JSON — even after cancelling.
